Feather Mindfulness

We all release aspects of ourselves throughout the day, flooding our surroundings with the remnants.  Generally, it is due to our emotions and thoughts.  When mindfulness is at play, the result is as intricate as feathers...contributing beauty to the world.

When we walk though life consciously, everything we encounter benefits.  Most often though, we move through in a rush, rush, rush fashion, concerned with the past or future...living in those make-believe worlds as though we have some influence on them, or that worrying or replaying our choices ad infinitum.  So, we wonder why our circumstances don't change and that our life seems to lead us on some strange, unchartered course.

But, when we are in the present moment, drinking deeply of life and exploring all the gifts and opportunities, it doesn't matter what our status is, we are rich beyond measure.  We are in consort with life and guided by our internal antenna.

Regardless of which path is chosen, the wake we leave is littered with our energy signature.  Are you depositing beauty or chaos?  It is always our choice.
